Major residential conversion of New York City’s oldest savings bank. Complete MEP design for conversion of a 14-story 225,000 SF high-end condominium building. The building has 99 luxury units with multiple swimming pools and living amenities.

The Touraine – 65th and Lexington Avenue, New York, NY
Complete MEP design for new 15-story high-end apartment tower. The building consists of 23 state-of-the-art condominium residences with 9,000 SF (2) penthouse level apartments.

The Immaculate Mary Residential Conversion, Jamaica Queens, NY

Currently in second phase of major renovation and new construction of the old health care facility. The new site is being converted into seven buildings with over 900 rental apartments within approximately 1,000,000 SF of residential space including a 100,000 SF indoor parking garage.
